HOW TO EVADE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR CRIMES WHEN YOU STEP DOWN AS
PHILIPPINES PRESIDENT

Plan A. Declare nationwide martial law.
Plan B. Proclaim a revolutionary government, yourself as the dictator.
Plan C. Promulgate Federalist constitution with open-ended transitory provisions with indefinite terms to prolong your stay in power.
Plan D. Entice AFP to take over the democratic government by setting up a military junta.
Plan E. Disenfranchise voters by ensuring the Supreme Court rules that Bongbong Marcos won the 2016 vice-presidential election. Install him as your protector (you wish).
Plan F. Elect Sarah Duterte the next president.
Plan G. Elect Manny Pacquiao the next president.
Plan H. Plant bombs in Mindanao. Repeat Plan A.
Plan I. ?

What a waste of resources that should be invested in national development...

When you run out of options?

“Just kill yourself.”

  2. Plan J. Get Congress to pass amendments to the current Human Security Act of 2007 or Republic Act 9372, allowing you to impose de facto martial law, i.e. martial law by virtue of the effective repression and abuse of political and civil rights without the actual declaration of it.
